A short reasonably level walk from Wengen, which has two things going for it:
Itʼs quiet and off the tourist beaten track (not easy to do in the Jungfrau Region).
At the end there is a splendid view over Zweilutchinen towards Wilderswil.
I particularly remember the two chaps painting shutters outside a chalet.
It seemed an extraordinarily anachronistic scene in these days of mass production.
Like all Swiss footpaths, it is well signposted throughout. If you donʼt mind some steep uphill, the walk could be extended up to the
Leiterhorn and back to Wengen that way.
