It's a Cathedral and it's in Norwich. Need I say more? Well probably if I'm going to fill up this space.
Highlights:
- The West Doors were open, flooding the Nave with light and connecting the interior with the outside. More cathedrals should do this.
- There is no admission charge (although I would urge you to donate as much as you would have paid). Having to pay to go into a place of worship, effectively means that it is only there for the tourists.
- The grave of Thomas Gooding known as The Skeleton. The inscription reads:
All you who do this place pass bye
Remember death for you must die.
As you are now even so was I
And as I am so shall you be.
Thomas Gooding here do staye
Wayting for God's judgement daye.
