Thanks for pointing out the typo's. Duly corrected. As for your other point, the Wikipedia article for Ballycarbery just says "It was noted as a McCarthy More castle by some sources at that time but whether it was occupied by the McCarthy Mores or their wardens the O'Connells is unknown." However, if you have a citable source, I'm sure we can get that changed.
Regan O'Connell Burnham
Dan O'Connell's name is spelled "ell" not "oll." Your site lists the castle's name spelled two different ways. Daniel O'Connell's relatives did indeed live in and manage the castle prior to Cromwell's invastion. An O'Connell was the High Sheriff of Kerry and thus entitled to hold and manage the castle.
