The only thing new this month is some photos from this year's new look Wimborne Folk Festival

Two new articles this month:

• One on Edmondsham House and Gardens in Dorset, together with some photos of the adjoining church of St Nicholas, and
• One on Kingston Lacy House and Gardens also in Dorset.

The only new article this month is on Romsey in Hampshire along with some new photos of Romsey Abbey.

There are also some new photos of Wilverley Inclosure and Holmsley Station.

All the Venice stuff is now live with pages on:

• The Arsenale or at least the gates therof,
• Giudecca,
• The Grand Canal,
• The Rialto Bridge,
• San Giorgio Maggiore,
• The Doge's Palace,
• The Torre dell'Orologio,
• St Mark's Basilica (Basilica di San Marco) and
• The Three Moors.

Together with a gazetteer page, and a three galleries covering the sestieri of:

• San Marco and Castello,
• Dorsoduro and San Croce and
• Cannaregio.

There are also four pages on some of the islands in the lagoon:

• Burano,
• Lido de Venezia,
• Murano and
• Torcello.

And some general galleries covering:

• Venetian Churches,
• Venetian Boats and
• The Lagoon in general.

Nothing new for March I'm afraid; rather a lot else going on in my life at the moment.

Not least, spending a week in Venice, so should be plenty of new photos next month.

Seem to have been revisiting a lot of old haunts recently, so there are a few new photos of Badbury Rings, Hengistbury Head and North Dorset, but no new pages so far this month.

Not too much in the pipeline at the moment, but there is a new page on Dinton Park near Salisbury in Wiltshire.

New this month is a page on Shaftesbury Abbey in Dorset, and lots of nice autumn colours in two Dorset galleries:

• One for Monkton Drove
• And the other for Higher Whatcombe

There are also some photos and details of a walk in Wilverley Inclosure in the New Forest.

I've been doing a bit of housekeeping, and tidying up the code, particularly the SQL indexing which had got a bit out of step, so hopefully the site will run a little quicker.

New so far this month are:

• A page on Dawlish in Devon,
• A gazetteer entry for St Catherine's Almshouses in Exeter and
• Two new gazeteer entries for Canterbury on the Wincheap Gate and Lady Wootton's Green.

I've also updated my Latitude & Longitude to OSGB/OSI Converter to incorporate the OSGM02™ corrections and to calculate the nearest postcode using the OS Code-Point^® Open data, and added address and postcode details to my Location Popup.

New this month are are some places in Kent:

• A long article on the Historic Dockyard, Chatham,
• A medium length on on Rochester Castle and
• Short ones on Temple Manor in Strood and
• Upnor

Together with a gazetteer for Rochester itself.

There is also a page on the St Fagans: National History Museum near Cardiff in South Wales, and a new walk on Ballard Down above Swanage in Dorset.

New this month are:

• Worcester and its Cathedral,
• Furzey Gardens in the New Forest,
• Boveridge Park in East Dorset,
• The Thames Barge Edith May and St Margaret of Antioch Church, Lower Halstow in Kent and
• A few photos of the Isle of Grain also in Kent.

The Cerne Abbas page has also had a bit of a make over, with a lot of addidional photos.

It's taken over two months but the stuff from our holiday on the Isles of Scilly last June is live. These consist of a general page covering the whole archipelago together with articles on:

• Getting There and Getting About,
• The birds of Scilly and
• The flora of Scilly, togeher with two galleries on:
• Seals and
• Sunsets and Skyscapes.

On Tresco there is a general introduction and pages on:

• The Old Blockhouse,
• Cromwell's Castle
• King Charles's Castle,
• The Tresco Abbey Gardens and
• The Valhalla Museum of ships' figureheads.

And on St Mary's there is also a general introduction and pages on:

• The Entrance Graves and the Halangy Down Settlement,
• The Garrison,
• Hugh Town,
• Carreg Dhu communal garden,
• Old Town and Old Town Church together with
• A gallery of other places and two walks:
• One taking in all three of St Mary's Nature Trails and
• One out to the end of Peninnis Head.

The three smaller islands are also covered with pages on:
